Complete Phase I, II and III Services:
- Phase I – Current Condition Inspections- provide a summary of repairs needed, repair location maps and estimated probable repair costs and/ or replacement estimated costs.
- Phase II – Project Manual Preparation – design, specifications, drawings, bid packages and contract documentation.
- Phase III – Contract Administration – project management, site inspections as “Special” or “Threshold” Inspection; project scheduling / updates; meeting coordination; review of contractor pay applications; final letter issuance and insurance of warranties.
