40/10 Year Recertification Studies

TRC performs the required 40 and 10-year (thereafter) inspections for life-safety as required in the State of Florida by some counties. Recertification Inspections include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Structural concrete
  • Balconies / catwalks / decks
  • Water intrusion issues
  • Railing inspections
  • Pool and pool decks
  • Seawalls / Retaining walls
  • Roof systems
  • Concrete Masonry Unit (CMU)
  • Stucco evaluation
