TRC Worldwide Engineering, Inc. provided Structural Engineering design, construction administration and threshold inspection services for this sixteen-story, 350,000 GSF multi-use facility, located in the heart of downtown Sarasota. With spectacular views of Sarasota Bay, the high rise includes a 10,000-SF covered porte-cochere entry with fountain, 18,000 SF of retail space on the first level, five levels of 425-space parking, 87,000 SF Class A office space, and 50 luxury residential condominiums on the upper seven levels. Amenities include a fully furnished sun deck with grill area and gazebo, adjacent pool and spa, catering kitchen, wet bar, entertainment center, private garden terrace on the 10th floor, state-of-the art fitness center and an elegant library/ boardroom.
