TRC Worldwide Engineering, Inc. provided structural engineering design, contract administration and threshold inspection services during construction for this 5-star, 25-story, oceanfront hotel/condo resort tower. The 660,000 SF, 333-unit development offers world-class hotel amenities and services; rooms have expansive balconies with magnificent ocean views, state-of-the art security and telecommunications; the sixth-floor pool deck overlooking the Atlantic Ocean has two spas, poolside cabanas, a fitness center, restaurant and indoor/ outdoor bars. The ground floor of the property features commercial /retail spaces, an Oceanside bistro, a 424-space covered parking garage, a 2,700 SF, 200-seat ballroom.

This unique condo/ hotel concept allows owners to use their units when in residence with all of the conveniences and services of a hotel. When not in residence, owners have the advantage of placing their units into the voluntary on-site hotel rental program.

Special siting and design criteria were applied for construction due to the proximity of the Coastal Construction Control Line.
